Croque Monsieur

1 loaf French Bread
6 oz Ham
2 tablespoons aioli sauce
Fresh Shredded Gruyere Cheese

Pomme Frites

1 large Russet Potato
Cooking oil
Sea salt to taste


Assorted field greens
1 tablespoon vinaigrette

Bechamel Sauce

1 Cup Gruyere cheese
¼ cup butter
¼ cup flour
1 ½ cups milk
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon of nutmeg
