In nearly every industry, organizations are working to be more proactive in creating workplaces and cultures which promote diversity and inclusiveness. Not only is it the right thing to do, but it’s critical to their ability to innovate and drive success.

We sat down with executives from Dow, Kia Motors America, KPMG, and XL Catlin, companies who are committed to leading the charge in creating an inclusive culture within their workplaces to discuss the topic of inclusion.
