Indoor drills are great for the off season but have an even more important roll in the development of feel.  Even if you have a warm day and a tee time waiting for you, indoor drills are still relevant because they drive “feel” for something that you may not be able to achieve with a ball on the course.

I created these 12 indoor practice drills as a foundation for key concepts that I find so many golfers need.  You may not need all of these and a few may resonate more than others. In general, these drills won’t hurt your swing but rather give you a way to check on your basic movement patterns.
