There are those who achieve greatness, and those who inspire it. Each year, the KPMG Women’s Leadership Summit brings together those who do both.

Specifically, this special event serves to motivate the next generation of women leaders to aspire to leadership positions within their workplace. This year’s summit features top leaders from business, politics, sports, and media, including 18-time World Championship Medalist Allyson Felix and the 66th U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.

In conjunction with the 2023 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship, one of five majors on the LPGA Tour schedule, the ninth edition of the summit will be held at historic Baltusrol Golf Club in Springfield, New Jersey, on June 21.

The KPMG Women’s Leadership Summit provides hundreds of rising executive women, nominated by their CEOs to participate in the program, with high-impact leadership development content, access to today’s top leaders and year-long networking opportunities.

Thanks to KPMG, these women aren’t the only ones who have access to this career-changing experience. The summit will also be livestreamed in its entirety from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. ET at KPMGwomensleadershipsummit.com. Millions of viewers tuned in to last year’s live online coverage.

This summit is the ultimate opportunity to learn from those who have reached the top of their respective fields. As the most decorated female track and field athlete in Olympic history, Felix has time and again proven her greatness in competition. Off the track, Felix is a fierce advocate for maternity rights for all women.

In 2019, she wrote an opinion piece for The New York Times that called out Nike, her former sponsor, for not providing guaranteed protections for pregnant athletes and new moms (Felix gave birth to her daughter Camryn in 2018). The public reaction to the piece put pregnancy discrimination in athletics in the spotlight, and the practice was heavily criticized. More female athletes came to Felix’s side, offering up their stories. During the 2020 Olympics, Felix alongside her new sponsor Athleta, created the Power of She Fund: Child Care Grant – a fund to assist mom-athletes with childcare while competing at the games.

Robin Arzón is a daily inspiration as the Vice President of Fitness Programming and Head Instructor at Peloton. She first discovered her passion for athletics after healing from a traumatic experience through movement. The global fitness leader has run 27 marathons and several ultra-marathons, including five marathons in five days in support of MS research.

In 2020, Arzón was named one of the most influential people on Fortune Magazine’s 40 Under 40 list. In 2021, she became the first-ever recipient of Glamour Magazine’s “Daring to Disrupt” Award. Arzón is also a two-time New York Times Bestselling Author.
