In a 2016 interview with InStyle, Vera wang talks about her personal experience with golf in
“This Is What It’s Like to be Vera Wang for a Day”.
Golf is one of the first thing she mentions. She describes golf as how she “engages” in her life.
“I’m not a huge exercise person, but I love to play golf at Liberty National, in Jersey City, N. J., or at Atlantic Golf Club in the Hamptons if I happen to be out there,” she said.
For Vera, it isn’t about how well she plays. It’s all about the enjoyment of the game.
“I’m terrible but enthusiastic.”
2. Kate Upton
Kate, like many of us, only played once a year with her family on Christmas. When she turned 21, she decided she wanted to get better so she could really play and compete when she went out on the course. Her interest and motivation to improve lead her to Arnold Palmer who became her coach and began to give her golf lessons. Kate’s favorite club is the driver, just like Arnie’s.
3. Nicole Kidman
Nicole Kidman participated in the 2014 Mission Hills World Celebrity Pro-Amtournament in Haikou, China. Chris Evans, Jessica Alba, and Morgan Freeman were also at the event.
4. Heather Locklear
Heather Locklear is a golfer and enjoys playing in occasional celebrity golf tournaments. She recently played in the 9th Annual Michael Douglas & Friends Celebrity Golf Tournament last April.
When Jenni Falkoner is not presenting on the radio, she is on the golf course. And when Jenni is with her family, she is also on the golf course with them.
Golf is something she loves to do with her daughter and husband. She recently played in the Tony Jacklin Championship at The Brabazon course at The Belfry, the host to more Ryder Cups than any other course on the planet – four in total.
