The Dormie Network and the LPGA Women’s Network show you how to prepare chef-inspired meals and drinks based on some of golf’s most iconic championships.

This week, we celebrate Women’s Golf in the Tokyo Olympics with a savory shrimp ramen and a Japanese twist on a classic martini.

Ramen Broth

3 chicken carcasses
2 lb pork soup bones
1 onion , peeled
3 shallots/scallions green part only
1 inch cube ginger , cut in half
2 cloves garlic
10g/0.4oz bonito flakes
2 tbsp soy sauce
1½ tsp mirin
1oz miso paste

Combine all ingredients in a large pot and cover with cold water. Cook slowly to help develop the flavor for 6-24 hours. Strain and serve over ramen noodles and toppings.

Pickled Cabbage
Chili Oil
Dried Fish Flakes

Japanese Martini

1 oz Hendrick’s Gin
1/2 oz Orange Liqueur
1/4 oz Cherry Liqueur
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
Simple syrup
Butterfly Pea tea Ice cubes
